If I combine the Metallurgic Bull Ring, some Meteoritill, and Cardpuppet gears, I believe I can create a lightning rod strong enough to draw lightning away from the airships heading to Saint City!
Accept Search for Meteoritill at the meteor crash site in the Fantasy Desert, and defeat Cardpuppets to retrieve their gears.
