To get Piercing Slots (0/0 to 0/4) (means four % Card slots) on your suit you need to go to the NPC [Weapon] Boboku in Central Flarine.
First, you need 1 of 2 Power Dices
(Dice 8 is dropable from monsters 21+ and Dice 10 is droppable from Giants and Bosses).

: Suit Piercing Upgrade (Medium Success Rate) - Power Dice 10
: Suit Piercing Upgrade (High Success Rate)
Then you need a Scroll of GProtect
(Cash Shop item) to save your item from breaking if you didn’t get the upgrade.
